Worcester Community Organizations to Benefit from $400,000 in Federal Funding

Holy Cross received $400,000 in Congressionally-approved federal appropriation funding to support and enhance educational achievement, higher education access, and other programs for Worcester students through community-based partnerships with the College.  The funding will advance collaborations between the College and six of Worcester’s youth-serving institutions, including: Girls CHOICE, Nativity School of Worcester, North High School, South Worcester Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, Worcester Boys & Girls Club, and Youth Effect. The College made the announcement at a press conference today.
