Children Crowd Microscopes Donated by Holy Cross

Members of the department collaborated with Jacki Creed Ebone ’86, president of The Giving Creed, a nonprofit combining philanthropy and scientific equipment sales, who facilitated the “gift in kind” to Generis International. Generis International seeks to mitigate the negative impact of poverty on orphans and vulnerable children in Africa. As part of their work, they build educational capacity, including setting up science labs in rural areas.
